What brought you to the sauna for the first time?

I was a regular customer at Solemar in Bad Duerrheim, visiting several times a week. I always needed to lose weight for my workout.

Why did you decide to get involved in sauna ceremonies, and how long have you been in this profession?

I met my then-girlfriend in the sauna. She works there. I wanted to try waving, and I really enjoyed it. So I started working part-time at Solemar. I have now been working as a sauna master for over six years. In 2023, I founded my own business, SpaSoul.
